Crew in Crew Management was founded in Kartal, Istanbul, around the two most critical needs of a shipowner: the right crew and a seaworthy vessel. In crewing we verify every candidate against their certificate of competency, STCW certificates, medical certificate and references; in maintenance we prevent unplanned failures with planned intervention.

For seafarers
Master, officer, engineer, rating, cook or shipyard maintenance staff: leave your details and we call you when a job matches your profile. The application takes 3 minutes; your documents are used only for employer approval and never shared with third parties.
Besides Turkish-flagged vessels we supply crew who meet the endorsement requirements of the relevant flag state for foreign-flagged vessels.
We send the first suitable profiles from our active pool within 24 hours; joining time is planned around port and visa constraints.
COC, STCW certificates, seaman's book and medical certificate are checked with the issuing authority; references are taken from the last two employers.
Primarily Istanbul and Marmara shipyards, and we coordinate teams and yards at the port where your vessel is.
